Online access to the course you bought: narrated video lessons, quizzes, a downloadable workbook and, if you pass the assessment, a Certificate of Completion with a credential ID that others can verify. Access is personal and may not be shared.
3. Certificates
IIDCG is a private professional education provider. This certificate confirms completion of a short non-credit course. It is not an academic qualification, does not carry academic credit, and is not accredited by any government or university body.
4. Timed assessments
Where a course has a timed assessment, the timer runs on our servers from the moment you start. The number of attempts and the waiting time before a retake are shown before you begin. Results are private.
5. Refund policy
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not started the course's final or timed assessment. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
6. Payments and receipts
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. You receive a receipt by email showing the seller details above, the course, the amount and the date.
7. Privacy
We use your name and email to give you access, issue your certificate and send service messages. A full privacy notice will be published before launch.
